Registration is only final once the full course fee has been paid.

Registration Confirmation
Upon registration (after payment), participants will receive a confirmation email. Further practical information will follow later (including a list of any materials you may need to bring to the course).

Cancellation

Cancellation by Margot Thyssen Ceramics and Design

Margot Thyssen Ceramics and Design reserves the right to cancel a course at any time in the event of insufficient registration, teacher illness, or absence due to force majeure. In this case, the registration fee will be fully refunded. Participants are not entitled to any additional compensation.

Cancellation by the PARTICIPANT
If the participant cancels (including due to illness, accident, etc.), the registration fee will be refunded minus a €10 administration fee, provided the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the start of the course. This refund will be issued in the form of a voucher.

After this period, course fees can no longer be refunded, as the short notice usually prevents us from offering the spot to someone on the waiting list. However, a participant who cancels within 7 days before the start of the course is allowed to find a replacement themselves.

If the course is interrupted, the course fee will under no circumstances be refunded without a valid reason. If you do have a valid reason, please inform us in writing. In that case, you will be charged for the number of classes attended plus a €10 administration fee, and the remainder will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
